The Devon Hotel Exeter, Devon
Hotel Description:
The Devon Hotel is conveniently located within easy reach of Exeter city centre and the M5 Motorway and is an excellent base for touring Devon. Exeter has many attractions including the magnificent gothic cathedral, famous for its unique Norman twin towers and the astronomical clock whilst a short drive away to the south is Torbay with Dartmoor and Plymouth to the west. Carriages, Exeter's most stylish bar and brasserie serves fine wines and cuisine.
What we think:
We've never stayed at the Devon Hotel, so we can't offer a detailed recommendation. However, we are fans of the Brend Hotels group (of which this is one), and based on our experience of their other hotels we reckon the Devon Hotel probably provides good-quality accommodation and decent food in welcoming surroundings - and it is definitely in a convenient spot if you are looking to visit the lovely city of Exeter (or if you are on a business trip).
