the insiders' guide to everything that's great about Devon and Cornwall
A rural gallery by the side of the Morden Stream. A place to find contemporary arts and crafts from the valley and beyond.
The Tamar Valley, marking the border between Devon and Cornwall, is rightfully designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well a World Heritage Site. The "Drawn to the Valley" group was formed to showcase the well established and growing community of talented artists based in the Tamar Valley and the surrounding area.

As well as acting as a showcase for the area's diversity of talent, the Drawn to the Valley group has also played an important role in the regeneration of the local economy. The group is particularly well known for its annual Open Studios event, which brings thousands of visitors into the beautiful Tamar Valley to enjoy quality art in informal surroundings and at affordable prices.
Drawn to the Valley artists also present exhibitions in Devon and Cornwall throughout the year.
Art is just one of the Tamar Valley's many offerings. The area's beautiful natural environment, the tranquility of the River Tamar itself, the valley's rich mining and horticultural heritage, and miles and miles of rewarding country walks, all combine to provide a unique visitor experience.
